An educational opportunity is available for experienced paraprofessionals to provide meaningful support within a K-12 school setting in Swanzey, NH. This contract position offers full-time roles focused on enhancing student learning experiences throughout the school year.

Five paraprofessional positions are open, offering a range of responsibilities including 1:1 student support and classroom assistance. These roles are essential in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for PreK-12 students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized 1:1 support to students requiring targeted assistance.
• Assist classroom teachers by supporting small and large group instruction.
• Reinforce learning objectives by adapting materials and activities to meet student needs.
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teaching staff.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging educational setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional in a K-12 educational setting.
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of students, including those with special education needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependability and commitment to student success.
• Flexibility to support either 1:1 or general classroom environments.
