In this role, you’ll help customers explore wireless, internet, and home service solutions, while gaining valuable experience in customer support, account management, and professional communication. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting wireless, internet, and home service packages.
• Provide clear explanations of current AT&T offerings, promotions, and product features.
• Support customers with account updates, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure accurate processing of orders and account details.
• Contribute to team objectives by assisting with daily and weekly store goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T products and services to answer questions confidently.
• Deliver consistent, professional customer experiences while representing the AT&T brand.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful, though not required.
• Interest in developing long-term skills in account coordination and client engagement.

Compensation

• Base pay range: $43,000 – $57,000 annually, depending on experience.
• Additional structured performance incentives available.
