About The Role We are seeking an On-Call Banquets server to join our dynamic banquets team. Banquet servers provide exceptional guest service and illustrate exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items. What You Will Do Offer pre-determined menu selections to each table and maintain knowledge of each selection’s origin, taste, and preparation method. Assist in set-up of linen, china, glass, silver, and accent pieces for each function. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations. Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. What You Bring ServSafe and RSV permits are required. Food and Beverage experience, specifically in banquets, is preferred. Ability to work harmoniously with others.
