Job Description

Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an elementary school setting in Jersey City, NJ. This contract position spans the full school year, providing an opportunity to apply your expertise in behavior analysis within an educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement evidence-based strategies
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as appropriate
• Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management techniques
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
• Commitment to supporting positive behavioral outcomes
