Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Providence, RI. In this role, you will assist with replacing and upgrading workstations, ensuring a seamless transition for users. This position requires technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively with IT professionals to maintain operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Replace and upgrade desktop machines from Windows 10 to Windows 11
• Configure laptops, install required software, and follow detailed setup instructions.
• Provide onsite support for 2-3 days to troubleshoot and resolve any setup challenges.
• Ensure proper functionality of hardware and software post-installation.
• Maintain a neat and detail-oriented appearance and adhere to a business casual dress code.
• Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and permissions as needed.
