Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Draft and edit internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
- Support the management of social media platforms to enhance engagement and grow the audience.
- Conduct research to identify trends and best practices in communication and media.
- Collaborate with team members to create presentations and reports showcasing communication efforts and outcomes.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Basic knowledge of media relations and public relations principles.
