Summary

Are you looking to join one of the world's leading investment banking firms? As the Floor Host, you'll serve as a key point of contact, ensuring a welcoming, clean, and well-stocked environment across office floors. You'll manage client engagement, pantry upkeep, mail distribution, and assist with new hire setup, moves, and event support.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism
• Support new hire setups, office moves, and workstation readiness
• Maintain pantry areas, replenish supplies, and check equipment functionality
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure shared spaces are clean and operational
• Retrieve, sort, and deliver mail/packages; provide basic copier/printer support
• Assist with event preparation and coordination
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up as needed

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, facilities, or office services preferred
• Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift/move moderate weight and walk frequently throughout the day
• Professional appearance and demeanor
