Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Coordinator located in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for handling phone calls with proper etiquette, scheduling appointments, performing office administration tasks, handling receptionist duties, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling skills
• Strong Office Administration and Receptionist Duties skills
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with office management software and tools
• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
