We are looking for a personable, experienced HVAC service technician who loves to problem solve to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of work orders, visiting homes and businesses to work on HVAC, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and control systems. The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand and power tools, and has strong communication skills to explain what needs to be repaired, replaced, or installed, and why. $40 - $50 hourly

• Carry out customer warranty services and preventative maintenance plans
• Keep record of completed projects and the parts used
• Present customers with a total for the HVAC services, repairs, and installation
• Identify and fix HVAC problems, including component replacement and installation
• Perform maintenance and installation of HVAC equipment in homes and businesses

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, including electrical and mechanical problems
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance
• Provide clear explanations to customers regarding system issues and recommended solutions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or 100 lbs with aid
• Must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, and an exceptional problem-solver
• Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school or 1+ years experience in the field as an HVAC helper or equivalent
• Candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
• Valid HVAC technician license for Washington State
