Job Summary:
Looking for full time or part time employees.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to take care of our buildings and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for all employees, visitors, or residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
Perform minor repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs)
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments or minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing, or electrical systems
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements and Skills:
Proven working experience as a janitor
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
