Job Summary:

As the Manager, Wound Care Services, you manage the clinical, technical, educational, marketing and quality assurance activities of the ProMedica Wound Care sites.

You will promote high-quality, standardized patient care and provide support to frontline supervisors through facilitation, coaching, ongoing training, and role-modeling leadership behaviors to enhance quality patient care and foster employee development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Care Related Field, Clinical or management experience will be considered in lieu of advanced degree.

• Skills:Must have ability to effectively manage multiple departments. Must demonstrate success in process improvement techniques and customer service

• Years of Experience:2+ years progressive leadership experience

• License: Active Registered Nurse licensure in state of assigned practices.

• Certification: Must maintain CPR certification

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Years of Experience: Clinical or Management Experience will be considered in lieu of advanced degree (3-5 years)
