🔑 What You’ll Do

• Pick and pack items with precision using pick sheets

• Maintain accurate inventory with RF scanners

• Build pallets and break down boxes to keep operations flowing

• Operate pallet jacks, reach trucks, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, and tuggers

• Load and unload trucks using lifts or manual pallet jacks

• Support Shipping & Receiving with ERP tasks (Epicor) and dock door management

🛠 What We’re Looking For

• Adaptability : Comfortable moving between departments and tasks

• Experience : Solid experience in warehouse operations

• Tech-Friendly : Ability to use computers and ERP systems

• Forklift Skills : 1+ year of experience preferred

• Team Player : Willing to cross-train with production tasks

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fridley, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
