Good understanding of CISCO DNAC Tool: Deploying Wireless infrastructure via DNAC Tool. Designing Heat map via DNAC Tool. Troubleshooting Wireless issues with DNAC as a tool. Basic understanding of Security concepts like 802.1x Authentication, CAP WAP Tunnel, Mobility Tunnel, DTLS. Basic understanding of Cisco Integrated Service Engine Client. Understanding of different terminology i.e. Wi-Fi (801.11 a/b/g/n/ac), Site Tags, Heat-map, Radio Plans, and Ekahau Site Survey. Understanding of the Traffic flow for different SSID i.e. Corporate, BYOD, and GUEST. Ability to upgrade firmware at Hardware layer and patches at Software layer for 9800 WLC and Access Points. Understanding of ITSM Platform, ability to resolve incident, change, and problem tickets within SLA. Excellent incident, change, and problem management skills.
