The Opportunity
We are looking for a Pediatric Physical Therapist who is passionate about supporting children’s gross motor development, independence, and confidence. Whether you’re a new grad or an experienced clinician, this is a chance to build a career that aligns with your passion, schedule, and growth goals.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Evaluate strength, coordination, balance, posture, and mobility in pediatric clients
Develop individualized treatment plans to support functional movement and gross motor progress
Deliver creative, play-based, evidence-informed interventions
Collaborate with caregivers and other therapy team members to support whole-child progress
Maintain timely documentation using our therapist-friendly electronic health record system
What You Bring
Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
Licensed or license-eligible in the state of California
Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical reasoning skills
A team-oriented mindset and desire to make a difference in children’s lives
Comfort using electronic systems for documentation
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience with pediatric diagnoses such as torticollis, toe walking, hypotonia, or coordination disorders
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
️ Interest in mentorship, clinical leadership, or specialty program development
