Join an organization where we actually encourage you to spend a little extra time building warm, friendly relationships with the older adults we serve.

At Presbyterian SeniorCare Network, we want our PCAs to build those relationships and create meaningful moments while they provide direct care. These relationships are why families and residents love and treasure our PCAs.

Join our accredited, award-winning organization that offers a wide range of living and care options. You'll make a positive impact on the lives of older adults every day. • Earn a Good Living: We offer competitive rates and a full menu of benefit op tions .
  • Paid Time Off: Full-time team members accrue paid time off at 21 days per year starting from the first day of employment (usable after 90 days on the job). That means you can earn more than four weeks of paid time off during your first year.

  • Career Growth : For PCAs who want to expand their clinical knowledge, we provide on-site CNA Training classes as well as tuition support to help you or a dependent go to school to earn your Licensed Practical Nursing Degree.
  • Innovate: Be part of an organization that's well known for finding new ways to solve problems. We were among the first to think differently about how to care for older adults and create new programs to help them lead more engaging, fulfilled lives.
  • Be Inspired: Create meaningful moments while you provide direct care to the older adults we serve.
Benefits:
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Generous Paid Time Off
