Job Description

A K-12 school in Andover, MN, is seeking a skilled Behavior Specialist to support students and staff throughout the academic year. This contract position focuses on implementing behavioral interventions and promoting positive student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student behavior and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to address behavioral needs
• Provide direct support and coaching to students exhibiting challenging behaviors
• Collect data and monitor progress to adjust strategies as needed
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on behavior management techniques
