The ideal candidate will work alongside teachers and staff to support students' educational needs and provide assistance in classroom activities. Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in the daily operations of the classroom
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, both academically and behaviorally
• Monitor student progress and report observations to teachers
• Help prepare instructional materials and classroom resources
• Supervise students during classroom activities, recess, and other school events
• Support students with special needs or learning differences
• Implement and follow established behavior management strategies
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students

Qualifications:

• School's experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students
• Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with students
• Ability to manage classroom behavior and assist students with a variety of learning needs
• Knowledge of educational technology and tools is a plus
