Role Overview This is a hands-on production positionnot a design job. We're looking for operators or assistants with real manufacturing experience who can keep pace in a busy shop while maintaining the quality our customers expect.
Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and assist with automatic screen-printing presses
Identify and troubleshoot common printing and registration issues
Maintain a clean press area and perform daily equipment upkeep
Accurately complete final counts and coordinate with press assistants
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment as an automatic press operator or assistant (required)
Familiarity with water-based/discharge inks is a plustraining available
Ability to work quickly and repetitively while maintaining attention to detail
Commitment to safety, quality, and team communication
