Senior Product Owner

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the product development process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product management methodologies and be skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers, translating them into actionable user stories.
  • Lead the product backlog management, ensuring prioritization and clarity in the development process.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver features on time and within scope.
  • Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies and support the agile development process to maximize team productivity.
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA, Miro, and Figma for effective project management and design collaboration.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback through tools like HotJar and Typeform to refine product features and enhance user experience.
  • Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback to inform future development and improvements.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including SCRUM and Kanban.
  • Proficient in product management tools such as JIRA, Miro, Figma, and ZEPLIN.
  • Experience with user research and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with AWS and other cloud technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ideally
    • Learning Management System (LMS) experience
    • Healthcare understanding with Cerner or Epic
    • AI understanding
    • UX Design
