Job Description

NOTE: This position requires passing a ServiceNow background screening, USFedPASS (US Federal Personnel Authorization Screening Standards), including a credit check, criminal/misdemeanor check, and drug test. Employment is contingent upon passing this screening.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop ServiceNow scoped applications utilizing all platform functionalities.
2. Support integration of third-party systems with ServiceNow, including MID server and REST web services.
3. Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services.
4. Lead initiatives on integrating ServiceNow with new and existing technologies.

Qualifications:

• Experience with AI integration into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript and REST API.
• 4+ years with ServiceNow technologies: Service Catalog Items, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Notifications, Table API, ACLs, and Workflow/Flow Designer.
• Strong technical design, problem-solving, debugging skills, and quick learner.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow APIs and experience with modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM.
• Experience with third-party integrations and knowledge of ITIL and ITSM disciplines.
• ServiceNow administration skills and certifications are advantageous.
