Job Overview - How you'll Contribute:

Do you love cars and have a passion for driving? Join our growing Service Department, at H+H Chevy as a Valet in the Fixed Operation Support Agent role. In this cross functional role you will assist in a variety of areas within the Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn about dealership operations. Brand New, State-of-the-Art facility!

The Fixed Operations Support Agent is a utility role responsible for assisting with activities in all areas of the Service and Parts Departments while providing excellent Customer Service in the following roles:

• Valet
  • Attend to Customers as they wait for a Service Advisor.
• Shuttle Driver
  • Pickup and drop-off Customers as requested by the Support Coordinator.
• Vehicle Pickup and Delivery
  • Follow procedures to document vehicle condition at both time of pickup and drop-off.
• Service Drive Greeter
  • Greet incoming Customers and use schedules to properly direct them to appropriate areas for Service Advisors.
• Rental Agent
  • Coordinate vehicle availability and work closely with the Service and Sales Departments.
• Schedule: Hours are Monday - Friday 9am-6pm with every other Saturday.
• Pay $17

Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:

• A clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission preferred, but not required.
• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
• Ability to walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently throughout a shift.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. throughout the day.
• High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
