Position : Bilingual Executive Assistant (LATAM)
Working Hours : Flexible, with responsiveness required during business hours for cleaning business calls.
Salary Range : $1,000 - $1,400 USD per month

Our client is a driven entrepreneur managing two successful and growing businesses: a high-ticket fitness coaching company and a stable cleaning business . They're looking to scale both ventures significantly and are making their first executive assistant hire to help achieve this growth. We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Executive Assistant based in Latin America to provide essential support across both businesses. You'll be instrumental in streamlining administrative tasks, enhancing client communication, and supporting outreach efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and is eager to make a tangible impact by managing diverse responsibilities and helping to unlock new opportunities.
Handle a wide range of administrative tasks , including scheduling, email management, and data organization.
Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls for the cleaning business, answering inquiries and closing sales using a provided script.
Coordinate outbound efforts , particularly on LinkedIn, and potentially manage 2-3 LinkedIn accounts for lead generation.
Provide light lead response to inbound inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up.
Assist in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
Help set up and optimize collaborative workflows and systems (e.g., Notion) to enhance efficiency .
Ensure timely and effective follow-up on all outreach and client interactions.
Fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
Proven background in administrative support, appointment setting, or light sales support .
Tech-savvy and comfortable with various digital tools; open to learning new systems.
Highly organized, detail-oriented , and process-driven.
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
Residing in Latin America is strongly preferred for time zone alignment and language proficiency.
